The demand drivers for critical minerals encompass achieving net zero emissions, ensuring energy security, securing the supply chain, facilitating the clean energy transition, and supporting the electric vehicle (EV) transition
Critical minerals play a pivotal role in each Global Thematic, with uranium essential for the clean energy transition and achieving net zero, and lithium crucial for the electric vehicle transition
Demand is forecast to outstrip supply for both lithium and uranium over the next decade
Two lithium projects in Canada
Two uranium projects, one in Canada and one in Namibia
Saskatchewan and Manitoba are a Tier 1 mining jurisdictions
Namibia is a stable mining country & the 3rd largest global uranium producer
SK-1300 Measured & Indicated lithium mineral resources at Snow Lake
Historical uranium resources at both Black Lake and Engo Valley
Lithium exploration potential at Snow Lake and at Shatford Lake
Uranium exploration potential at Black Lake & Engo Valley
The nearly 60,000 acre Snow Lake Lithium Project is centrally located in in the highly prospective lithium district region of North Central Manitoba. The Project is on the tip of the NAFTA “superhighway” with easy access to North American battery and electric vehicle manufacturing sites. Currently the Project has an S-K 1300 compliant mineral resource estimate and a positive preliminary economic assessment.

The Shatford Lake Lithium Project is located on the boundary of the Tanco lithium mine in Southern Manitoba, and is an exploration stage project with an excellent geological address.
The Shatford Lake Lithium Project straddles a 15 kilometers long structural trend of the GreerShatford Shear Zone with numerous pegmatite dykes and favorable host rocks. It is situated in the southern limb of the Bird River greenstone belt in southeastern Manitoba.

The Engo Valley Uranium Project is an exploration stage uranium project in Namibia, that has not had any exploration since the 1970’s, when Gencor identified a number of uranium targets, completed diamond drilling and calculated a non-JORC compliant mineral resource
